How do I create an account with Virtual Transfer?

Creating an account is easy! Simply click the "Sign Up" button, fill out the registration form with your business information, and complete our verification process. Once approved, you can start processing payments immediately.

How long does the approval process take?

Most applications are reviewed within 24-48 hours. For faster approval, ensure you provide complete and accurate information during registration. Some businesses may require additional documentation for verification.

What documents do I need to provide?

Typically, we require a government-issued ID, proof of business registration (EIN or business license), and a voided check or bank statement to verify your bank account. Additional documents may be requested based on your business type.

Payments & Processing

When will I receive my funds?

Settlement times depend on your plan: Starter accounts receive funds in 2-3 business days, Growth accounts in 1-2 business days, and Enterprise accounts can qualify for same-day settlement. Your first few transactions may have longer hold periods for risk assessment.

What payment methods can I accept?

Virtual Transfer supports all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), ACH bank transfers, and popular digital wallets including Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.

Can I process international payments?

Yes! We support international card payments from customers worldwide. International transactions incur an additional 1% fee on top of standard processing rates. Currency conversion is handled automatically.

What is a chargeback and how do I handle it?

A chargeback occurs when a customer disputes a transaction with their bank. When you receive a chargeback notification, you can submit evidence to dispute it through your dashboard. We charge a $15 fee for each chargeback, regardless of the outcome.

Is Virtual Transfer PCI compliant?

Yes, Virtual Transfer is fully PCI DSS Level 1 compliant, the highest level of security certification in the payment industry. We handle all sensitive card data so you don't have to worry about compliance requirements.

How do you protect against fraud?

Account Management

How do I update my bank account information?

You can update your bank account information from your dashboard under Settings > Payouts. For security purposes, changes to bank accounts may require additional verification.

Can I have multiple users on my account?

Yes, Growth and Enterprise plans support multiple users with role-based permissions. You can invite team members and assign them specific access levels from your account settings.

How do I close my account?

To close your account, contact our support team. Please ensure all pending transactions have settled and there are no outstanding chargebacks or fees before requesting account closure.
